René Birkholm

René Birkholm is working as freelance illustrator, comic book artist, graphic designer, animator, and lecturer. He holds degrees as Graphic Designer (The Design School Kolding) and Master of Computer Mediated Communication (Roskilde University).

René Birkholm has created three comic books. The genre is Science Fiction with a twist and a critical approach. Issues such as gene therapy, racism, karma and abuse of nature are at stake. René Birkholm is member of the Association of Danish Comics Creators, “Danske Tegneserieskabere”.
